How many points do I need to collect to redeem a reward?
You can earn points that can be redeemed for free menu items. Get a free supplement or add-in with 250 points or keep earning keep earning for a different item! Check your app for all available point options.
How do I redeem points for rewards?
Once you have enough points to redeem a reward, go to the Rewards page in the Tropical Smoothie Cafe app and click “Redeem” on the available reward in the Redeem Tropic Fave section that you’d like to use . You’ll have the option to redeem in-cafe via QR code OR start an order to redeem at checkout.
How do I refer a friend?
Tropic Rewards offers a Refer a Friend program for members who get their friends to join. Share your personalized code with your friends and get a FREE smoothie once they sign up and make their first purchase. The more you share, the more you earn!
Your personalized code can be found in app or online:
1. On the app from HOME, select person icon on top right to take you to your Account details and select Refer a Friend. You can copy or share your code directly from the app!
2. Log into your Tropic Rewards account online and select Refer a Friend. You can copy your code or send via email.
