How to bring in clothing – We request that all Front Line Responders and Family members separate dry cleaning from laundry before you come to Tide Cleaners – keeping dry cleaning and laundry separate will significantly help our ability to fulfill cleaning quickly. Please bring your garments in a bag, a standard trash bag is acceptable. Limit of four (13 gallon) bags per household per week. Feel free to put name, phone number, and email in bag.
Turnaround Time for Clothes – Turnaround time for laundry and dry cleaning is 2 days. Depending on demand, we can and will assess whether we need to modify turnaround time to earlier or later. Tide Cleaners is working to assist as many in need as possible, which could impact turnaround time and capacity. Once we reach capacity, we will let guests know that we are unable to accept any further loads for that day, but they can return the following day to see if they can have their laundry done.
Exclusions – The following items are not accepted and / or included in offer: COVID-19 exposed clothing (e.g. worn while directly treating patients), leathers, wedding dresses, alterations, and select household items.
Limits – At this time we are only able to accept a limit of four (13 gallon) bags per household per week. Once we reach capacity for the site, we will let guests know that we are unable to accept any further loads that day. However, they can return the following day to have their laundry cleaned.
