SwagFit Challenge Day 18: Push Yourself Just a Little More!

Great day! I got up early and went running and then my 5 year old woke up, dressed him self and said “let’s go on a walk”.  How can you beat that!  Did eat out once but only ate half and it was relatively healthy…LOL.

Challenge:  We are coming to the end of our monthly challenge (12 more days!) so I challenge you to try a little harder – a few more reps, a few more miles, more water…whatever it is you are working towards!

OK your turn…how did you do today? Eat right/exercise?

    I need to drink more water definately. My six yr old had a nightmare and slept with me last night so I didnt sleep so well and was too tired to exercise much today. But I ate well. I even passed up temptation at the mall while I was buying my new swim coverup.

    I did good. I’m making better food choices and trying not to eat sugary snacks everyday.

    I did really well today until it came to dinner. Then I had pizza. But I did make it to the gym and I am trying to drink more water. I definitely feel like I am making improvements in my eating routines.

    Today was good. I helped my boyfriends uncle re stock his store. It was a lot of lifting so that was great. I challange myself to do more weight lifting.

    Ugg!! Not doing so hot. There are a million factors that are preventing me from maintaining the healthy lifestyle I want. Not trying to make excuses but with my husband working 55+ hours a week at the moment and the stress involved in running my own small business while still being a fulltime SAHM has got me quite overwhelmed. Eating right is just not working right now! At least I’m still working out a lot! So i’m maintaining the weight I’m at. I’m just ready to find a way to get back into eating healthy so I can lose these last 10 lbs.

    To day I did great. I was away from home, but I ate really healthy.

    I didn’t eat great today but did drink only water and did day 2 of c25k so I am really proud of myself :D

    I got everything in early today my food and exercises. I did however have pizza today but with only cheese. I had a lot of exercise and I also managed to decorate my patio. It was a busy day but it went pretty well.

    I ate well and drink lots of water. I exercised today by walking a lot, I did get to do my routines today. I still did my sit-ups. I think for my reward I will get myself a mini vacation.

    Eating was fairly healthy and balanced today. Took the kids to play at the mall because it was soooo hot outside. So, walked around alot inside. In the late evening, went for a 30 power walk. We get home from our vacation on Sunday. . . went ahead and got Jillian Michael’s 30 minute Shred with the hopes that it’ll help me cross train better as I love running and don’t vary from it much!

    today was my cheat day. i managed to swim for an hour today, but i am going out to the clubs tonight so my calories are going to be spent drinking not eating.

    Did not drink NEAR enough water, ate ok, did a partial workout. My biggest thing right now is eating too late. Since the kids have been off of school we are getting into a real bad habit of eating late and it’s not good!

    Today is my cheat day too: no exercise (besides walking the dogs) and PASTA for dinner!
