Great day! I got up early and went running and then my 5 year old woke up, dressed him self and said “let’s go on a walk”. How can you beat that! Did eat out once but only ate half and it was relatively healthy…LOL.
Challenge: We are coming to the end of our monthly challenge (12 more days!) so I challenge you to try a little harder – a few more reps, a few more miles, more water…whatever it is you are working towards!
