SwagFit Challenge Day 25: Get Out And About!

I did great today – got quite a bit of exercise and ate great.  Even though it wasn’ t pretty here today I did some kettlebells and my arms are sore.  That may hurt tomorrow….LOL.

Challenge:  Find something fun to do outside – if its pretty!  If not find something else to do, like indoor swimming, spinning class, go skating, anything!

    Today was the first day of my all day Friday class at the local college. So I have not exercised yet today. I still ate well, and plan to exercise this evening. Only one disappointing thing, the scales at the college are not as nice to me as my scale at home…so, sigh…

    Ate well today. I was sore from yesterdays workout so I took it easier today.Tomorrow should be better. I do love seeing lower numbers on the scale though.

    I’m sick :( I ate less today because of that. And I’m not going to exercise today. I’m thankful for the weekend to rest and drink lots.

    I ate well and I even had watermelon for dessert today. I exercised but not as much as usual not a good day. I will get back on my game plan tomorrow. I did do my 50 situps and will try for 75 tomorrow.

    I ate well to day, lots of fruits and vegs. Worked outside in the garden and swam tons.

    Ate okay today. Did a ton of shopping/errands with the kiddos. . . if I don’t get to exercise tonight, then this will be my “lazy” day! Have a great weekend, ladies!

    did great eating! eggs for breakfast. mexican chicken and veggies for lunch. i single slice of pizza for dinner. and lots of veggies to snack on. exercise wise I went on a nice long walk with a friend then we played at the park with our kids

    I ate/drank great today. And it actually feels great to do after so much junky eating on vacation. To hot to do a real workout but I did some small things like pushups, jumping jacks, etc in between other stuff.

    I had a so-so day. We are out of town for a wedding so I know its going to be a not great weekend. I am letting myself splurge a little more this weekend. I have been drinking more water but I did not do to great exercising.

    I took your advice and didn’t exercise but I still ate healthy foods. I plan to get started again tomorrow early with my exercises and eating healthy foods.

    Going to a family graduation party today, so hopefully it will be outdoors. Weather in Minnesota suppose to be nice today, sunny and near 80. Taking our 3 month old grandson with us. Today will be challenge to eat right. Grad parties always have the best food. I’ll make sure I don’t go hungry.

    went swimming and then did pilates so I’m good on the exercise. I was bad at lunchtime and had fish and chips, but I made up for it with just salad w/no dressing for dinner.

    Well, I have been following this from Day 1, but I keep forgetting to leave a comment.
    Anyway, I have been reading this daily, exercising five or six days a week, and I have completely changed my eating habits.
    See, my sister, who lives in Iowa, can only come home for two weeks out of the year with her three boys (8 yrs, 6, and 3. I also have three girls 11, 7, and 4yrs). Her and I are extremely close, she is like a mother to me.
    She informed me that her class reunion is on July 2nd and since her husband cannot come home with her, she asked me to go. Of course, I was just wanted to run the other way, not wanting to see old friends because I am so out of shape. I didnt want to disapoint my sister, whom I would do anything for….. so I decided last month that I would turn this around into a positive, do what I had to do to make myself more comfortable in my own skin by the time the reunion came around. Thats just what I am doing.
    My sister, Belle and I do not EVER get to go out together and dance the night away. So this is our opportunity. My sweet husband offered to be our driver for the night so we are safe.
    So, thank you for doing this post, it has helped me on those days when I just didnt want to drag myself onto the stepper!! Keep up the good work everyone!
