SwagFit Challenge Day 28: Double Up Day!

WOOHOO our little challenge is coming to and end and that means one final little push to the end!  I ate great today but didn’t get any exercise because we were traveling today.

Challenge:  Try to up the workout tomorrow!  It’s the last day so let’s make the most of it!  I have a run scheduled in the morning (along a BEAUTIFUL waterfront!) and kayaking.  That should wear me out!  What about you, plan to double up for the last push?

    Today I bought an armband holder for my smartphone/mp3 player so I can take it jogging and hopefully go longer on my morning jogs by listening to music. Its a reward and an incentive for me.

    I ate good today. Walked, swam and cleaned the whole house. I think I did pretty good today (:

    I taught my friend couponing (well started to anyway) today and did some other running around for the kids. Ate ok. Tomorrow I have a morning run planned with my sister AND swimming so I probably won’t be able to walk by tomorrow night lol

    I ate well and healthy. No pop or sweet drinks. I exercised early today and I also did a lot of walking but not that far. It was hot very humid and I drank all my water half way to my destination so I had to go back. lol I will do better tomorrow and exercise in doors if it to hot or humid to walk outside

    Today was a relaxed for me I ate healthy foods and got some of my exercise in but not nearly enough. I had to get some errands done today so this kind of messed up my regular schedule but I’ll get back on track tomorrow.

    I did pretty well today. I feel like I am getting back into the swing of things after a bad weekend. I upped my workout by 5 minutes again. I also feel like I ate pretty well and I am doing better on my water intake.

    Ate great today! for dinner I tried something new. I did a steak stir fry with cauliflower rice( just cauliflower in food processor. It was great! I think I’ll slowly be replacing real rice with it. got my cardio class in tonight!

    Tomorrow I’ll double up my workout by going running in the morning and doing my cardio class at night!

      That stir-fry sounds so good with the cauliflower. I have come to LOVE it!

    Had a long run late last night and was up super late because of it. Tired today. Running errands all day. Another appt. with my foot doctor to get casated for my orthotics. Got home and felt sick to my stomach all evening. Didn’t exercise. Will try to go to bed early!

    Did great yesterday. will have to change my workout today-tropical storm = no swimming. I will probably do a core workout video and a workout video from the Firm. it’s that time in my cycle and yesyerday i had serious ice cream cravings. i broke down and had a dove bar. it was delicious. i kept the rest of my eating under control with salads for lunch and dinner-no dressing!

      I didn’t realize there was a tropical storm. I just told my son that the rain would blow over and we would go to the beach LOL!

      BTW , the Firm workouts are great

    Did good yesterday. Swam with my fiancé and his nephew for a few hours. Today is my birthday so I plan to walk around the mall for a while lol. Of course there will also be cake but I will make up for it will healthy food during the day

    I cut back on the snacks and portion size a little (within reason).

    Almost missed this post. Had an awesome low calorie dinner last night with my friend. Fish and a salad. Very filling. No exercise since we worked on her daughter’s graduation slide show. First things first.
