Hold onto your carts — ALDI is expanding big time. The budget grocery favorite plans to open more than 180 new stores this year, with a massive goal of 800+ new locations over the next five years through a mix of brand-new builds and store conversions.

Where ALDI Is Opening New Stores
- Colorado – A major expansion is underway, with multiple stores planned in the Denver and Colorado Springs areas as part of a long-term rollout
- Maine – ALDI is officially entering its 40th state with a new store opening in Portland
- Arizona – Several new stores are planned around the Phoenix metro area
- New York – ALDI is expanding in major metro areas, including Manhattan
- Nevada – Additional locations are planned around Las Vegas
