🧼 Steam Microwave Cleaner
Ingredients: 1 cup water, 1 lemon (halved).
Instructions: Place the water and lemon halves in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 5 minutes (or until the window steams up). Let it sit for 2 minutes without opening the door.
Wipe clean with a paper towel—the stuck-on food will slide right off!
🧼 DIY Disinfecting Wipes
Ingredients: 1 cup water, 1/4 cup rubbing alcohol, 2 drops dish soap, 10 drops lemon essential oil.
Instructions: Place old cut-up t-shirts or paper towels in a large glass jar. Mix the liquid ingredients and pour over the cloths. Close the lid and shake.
Use these for quick counter wipes or door handles.
🧼 “Magic” Bathtub Scrub
Ingredients: 1 part Blue Dawn Dish Soap, 1 part White Vinegar.
Instructions: Heat the vinegar in the microwave until hot (not boiling). Mix with the soap in a spray bottle. Spray your tub, let it sit for 30 minutes, and rinse.
Soap scum and hard water stains will disappear without scrubbing!
🧼 Natural Wood Polish
Ingredients: 1/2 cup Olive Oil, 1/4 cup White Vinegar, 10 drops Lemon Essential Oil.
Instructions: Mix in a spray bottle and shake well before each use. The vinegar cleans while the olive oil moisturizes the wood.
Buff with a soft cloth for a beautiful shine.
🧼 Shower Head Descaler
Ingredients: 1 cup White Vinegar, a gallon-size plastic bag, a rubber band.
Instructions: Fill the bag with vinegar and submerge the shower head into it. Secure with a rubber band and let it soak overnight.
In the morning, run the water—all the mineral buildup will be gone!
🧼 Washing Machine Refresh
Ingredients: 2 cups White Vinegar, 1/4 cup Baking Soda, 1/4 cup Water.
Instructions: Mix the baking soda and water to create a “detergent.” Add to the detergent drawer. Pour the vinegar directly into the drum.
Run a hot cycle to kill mold and remove odors.
🧼 Non-Toxic Weed Killer
Ingredients: 1 gallon White Vinegar, 1 cup Epsom Salt, 1 tbsp Blue Dawn Dish Soap.
Instructions: Mix in a garden sprayer. Spray directly on weeds on a sunny day. This is pet and kid-safe and works within 24 hours!
🧼 Sparkling Shower Doors
Ingredients: 1/2 cup Lemon Juice, 1 tbsp Baking Soda.
Instructions: Mix into a paste and apply to glass doors. Let sit for 10 minutes, then rinse. The citric acid cuts through the minerals for a streak-free shine.
