Did you purchase an iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max or any iPhone 16 model between June 10, 2024, and March 29, 2025? You may qualify for money from Apple’s $250 million Siri and Apple Intelligence settlement.
Eligible customers are expected to receive $25 per qualifying device. The payment could decrease or increase depending on the number of approved claims, with a maximum payment of $95 per device.
To qualify, you must have purchased an eligible device in the United States during the covered period. You’ll need information such as the phone’s serial number to submit your claim.

Claims must be submitted by December 21, 2026. Apple denies wrongdoing, and payments will not be distributed until the settlement receives final approval and any appeals are resolved.
