Home Depot offers free monthly workshops for kids that teach them how to build their own woodworking projects from scratch! These events are a fantastic way to introduce little ones to tools and DIY skills in a safe, guided environment.

About the Program
On the first Saturday of every month, Home Depot invites families in-store for a DIY building session. Every participant receives a full kit and all the supplies needed to finish the job.
Every child receives:
- A DIY Project Kit: Pre-cut wood, hardware, and instructions.
- A Workshop Apron: First-time attendees get the iconic orange apron!
- A Collectible Pin: To commemorate the specific project completed.
- Keepsake Status: They get to keep everything they build!
