If you’re looking for affordable ways to keep the kids entertained once school is out, you cannot beat Regal’s Summer Movie Express. I’ve used this for years to get the kids out of the heat without breaking the bank.

My Best Tips for a $1 Movie Day:
- The Snack Hack: All attendees get $3 off a Snack Pack! This includes a junior drink, popcorn, and fruit gummies. You can also add Dippin’ Dots for a few bucks more.
- Arrive Early: These $1 shows are super popular with summer camps and daycare groups. I try to get there 20 minutes early to make sure I get seats together.
- Check Participation: Not every single Regal location does this. Use the link above to check your local theater first!

Is it really just $1?
Yes! Tickets are $1 per person for everyone (kids and adults). I love that they don’t charge more for the parents!
What time do the movies start?
Most locations start these shows at 11:00 AM, but I have seen some start as early as 10:00 AM. Double-check your local theater’s app.
Can I buy tickets in advance?
I highly recommend buying them online or through the Regal app. These shows sell out frequently!
Where does the money go?
A portion of the proceeds from Summer Movie Express goes to support the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, which makes the $1 even better.
