You qualify to file a claim under this FTC settlement if you meet all of the following criteria:
- The Timeline: You are a U.S. consumer who signed up for Amazon Prime between June 23, 2019, and June 23, 2025.
- The Issue: You either unintentionally enrolled in Prime due to misleading checkout pages, OR you tried to cancel your membership online during that timeframe but were unable to finish the process.
- Low Benefit Use: You used fewer than 10 Prime benefits (such as free shipping, Prime Video streaming, Prime Reading, etc.) during any 12-month period you were enrolled.
- No Prior Refund: You haven’t already received an automatic refund payment from Amazon for this specific settlement.
💵 How Much Can You Get?
Consumers who submit an approved claim form will receive compensation to reimburse them for their paid Prime membership fees, up to a maximum total of $51.
