We always end up with a ton of leftovers every year so I end up searching for new ideas on how to use it. Here are some fun new recipes I found for 2022.

Ever have one of those days where you fall behind and can’t seem to catch up?
That was me last week. It was a bad week as a whole, one of those I’m-going-back-to-bed weeks because I couldn’t do anything right.
It all started with two separate recipe fails in one day. I managed to squeeze in one more attempt of the first recipe, which finally turned out how I wanted.

By now y’all know I love to repurpose leftovers! When I have leftover chicken, I make Chicken and Rice soup or chicken fajita peppers. When with leftover ham, I make Ham and Lentil soup or a ham and cheese frittata.
