National Donut Day Freebies & Deals
National Donut Day is Fri, Jun 6 for 2025. This is one of the more established food holidays. It was established by the Salvation Army way back in 1938 to honor the Dough Lassies, female volunteers who made donuts for soldiers serving overseas as a way to boost morale. It was a successful effort and led soldiers to use the slogan “doughnuts will win the war!”
To celebrate, a lot of places are offering FREE donuts and special offers or you can make donuts at home!
- 7-Eleven – For one day only, 7Rewards and Speedy Rewards members can grab a classic glazed donut for just 50-cents at participating 7-Eleven, Speedway and Stripes locations. Afraid of missing the one-day deal? There’s still plenty to enjoy. The same fluffy, perfectly glazed donuts are available for $1 until June 24.**

- Dunkin’ – Dunkin’ is celebrating National Donut Day on Friday, June 6, with its 15th annual offer of a free donut with any beverage purchase. To mark the occasion, Dunkin’ has partnered with luxury lifestyle brand Stoney Clover Lane for a limited-edition collaboration inspired by the iconic coffee-and-donut duo. Dunkin’ will also serve free donuts in specially designed mini donut bags made with Stoney Clover Lane for a limited time, while supplies last. Additionally, select Dunkin’ x Stoney Clover Lane merchandise—Acrylic Tumblers ($16.99), Stainless-Steel Tumblers ($24.99), Straw Toppers ($6.99), and Cup Sleeves ($6.99)—will be available at participating locations beginning in early June. The collection, available online starting June 6 at 10 a.m. ET, includes:
- The Dunkin’ Donut Pouch ($78): A double-sided pouch featuring Strawberry Frosted with Sprinkles on one side and Chocolate Frosted with Sprinkles on the other.

- Krispy Kreme – all guests this Friday can receive a dozen Original Glazed doughnuts for just $2 with the purchase of any dozen at regular price in shop and via drive-thru at participating Krispy Kreme shops. Also on Friday, guests can receive any doughnut of choice for free – no purchase necessary
- LaMar’s Donuts & Coffee – Every guest gets a FREE donut on June 6th.
- Maverik & Kum & Go – Maverik’s Adventure Club and Kum & Go’s & Rewards members receive 50 percent off donuts all day on June 6 – no limits per transaction and no cap on redemptions, aside from standard item exclusions.* Maverik’s upgraded Nitro cardholders can fuel their National Donut Day adventures with one free donut (limit one per account).
