Walmart: Walmart is currently not running a 2022 Labor Day sale, but tends to run discounts up to 40% during the holiday.
Lowe’s: Lowe’s is offering up to 40% off home appliances, patio furniture, and just about everything else you’d squeeze into or outside your home, including outdoor grills. They will also have their famous mulch sale where you can get bags for only a few dollars each!
Macy’s: Take 25% to 60% off select items.
REI: Now through September 7, take up to 50% select items like camping gear and coats.
Wayfair: Take up to 70% off bedroom furniture, area rugs, storage solutions and more now through September 7th.
Labor Day Restaurant Freebies & Deals for 2022:
7-Eleven: This beloved chain is offering a $1 small Slurpee to mark the final days of summer. The deal is available in store or by delivery through the 7NOW app through October.
Applebee’s: Handcrafted Burgers are just $8.99 through September 7. Handcrafted Burgers come with a side of fries, and are available in these varieties, like the Whisky Bacon Burger, Quesadilla Burger, Classic Bacon Cheeseburger, and more.
Bahama Breeze: Make your own island escape for Labor Day with family-style Caribbean Bundles at Bahama Breeze. Feed around 4 people with a choice of entrée and side, salad and Cuban bread. Free Admission on Labor Day 2022
Art Institute of Chicago – ArtIC is offering free admission on Labor Day to many groups, as part of the Blue Star Museums government families of museums.
Blue Star Museums – More than 2,000 museums across the United States are partnered with the National Endowment of the Arts and Blue Star Families to provide free admission to military families.
Check the map for 2022 participating Blue Star Museums, which include children’s museums, art museums, history and science museums, zoos, nature centers, and more. The map will be updated throughout the summer to reflect new museums joining the program. Before planning your visit, please check the museum’s website for current hours and operating status.
Bronx Zoo – Limited admission is free all day on Wednesdays in 2022 at the Bronx Zoo. ADVANCE TIMED TICKETS ARE REQUIRED.
Legoland – Legoland offers special discounts to military at LEGOLAND Florida, LEGO Land New York, and LEGOLAND San Diego
New York Aquarium – free admission after 3:00pm on Wednesdays at the Aquarium.
Prospect Park Zoo – free admission the first Saturday of every month from 5-7 pm and special exhibitions. They are closed Mondays & Tuesdays.
Boston Institute of Contemporary Art – free admission Monday, September 7, 2020, at 10 AM – 5 PM EDT
Busch Gardens, SeaWorld, and Sesame Place – Free tickets and discounts for the military from Waves of Honor.
