To print this gratitude journal, you will need:

  • Plain Printer Paper
  • A Printer
  • 3 Ring Binder – if you want to use one
  • 3 Hold Punch

The first step is to print out the pages of the gratitude journal. Make sure to print one page for each day that you want to use the journal. Once you have printed out the pages, it’s time to start filling in the journal.

If you want, take a 3 ring binder and use the pages to fill it. You can use a three hole punch to create the holes in plain paper.
