SwagFit Challenge Day 17: Create Your Own Reward!

I didn’t exercise today but I did eat pretty good.  Not great – but good!  I do have plans for a run in the morning and swimming in the afternoon tomorrow though!

Challenge:  Make your own reward! I am giving everyone a small reward but I think it would be great if you came up with your own reward for finishing.  Be it a pedicure, a new book, or a fun day at the park with the kids – choose something that will make YOU happy!

OK your turn…how did you do today? Eat right/exercise?

    I already know my reward is going to be! I have been dreaming of a new dress!

    I didn’t exercise today, but I did too much yesterday and my back is hurting so I didn’t want to risk it. I just polished off an ice cream bar, but I think I deserve it for living off chicken and veggies for a week!

    I played frisbee with my son for quite awhile this afternoon and I haven’t been snacking today. My reward is some new yarn to crochet with!

    Ok, this probably sounds crazy but I am getting some peanut flour. It basically is peanuts ground into flour minus the oil so it’s low cal/fat but still good protein. I love it and put it in my smoothies and desserts and pretty much anything. I ran out a few months back and haven’t been able to justify the expense so I will have to treat myself :)

    I want a new swim coverup. something flattering and kinda sexy. No big t shirt anymore. I ate good today and walked a little. I added a calorie tracking app to my phone called “my fitness pal” It was free and so far I really like it.

    I exercised early this morning it felt good. I did my exercise routine on the balance ball and 50 sit-ups, I also stood straight while walking today. I ate well today and had several small meals today.

    In the morning I had grapes and some almonds, then later I had a salad and sunflower seeds. I also had a bagel today from Panera. For exercise I did my gardens for about 4 hours and thats about it. I did remember to stand up straight today, I was surprised at how easily I kept forgetting.

    i started c25k today! Felt like i was going to die but proud of myself :) and have stuck with water only during the vacation too

    worked out this evening. I feel like I ate pretty decently. I bought. Some new running shoes so that is kind of my reward. I hope to stick with exercising for the long haul so new shoes will hopefully be good motivation.

    Today was a decent day. Haven’t exercised yet and probably will not get to do so as the kiddos are not asleep yet. . .grrrr! Otherwise, a busy and active day. Ate well. As far as rewarding myself, I really like the idea of treating myself to a pedicure! Hmmm . . .. maybe groupon or livingsocial will have a good deal on a place nearby me!

    since I usually reward myself with pasta and wine, I need to do some thinking on this one!

    Ate right and went for a walk. Went to the orthopedic surgeon today for my knee and got a cortisone shot. I have a bone spur. Hopefully this shot will help so I can walk more than 2-3 times a week without being in lots of pain.
