A Settlement has been reached with The Clorox Company, (“Clorox” or “Defendant”) in a class action lawsuit about certain Pine-Sol® Scented products that were subject to a recall announced by Clorox and the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission on or around October 25, 2022.
The Pine-Sol® products included in this Settlement (“Class Products”) include Pine-Sol® Multi-Surface Cleaners in Lavender Clean®, Sparkling Wave®, and Lemon Fresh scents; all CloroxPro® Pine-Sol® All Purpose Cleaners in Lavender Clean®, Sparking Wave®, Lemon Fresh, and Orange Energy® scents; and Clorox® Professional™ Pine-Sol® Lemon Fresh cleaners. Original (Pine Scent) is not included in the Settlement.
You are included in this Settlement as a Class Member if you are a natural person who between November 1, 2018, and November 15, 2023, purchased in the United States, for household use and not for resale or distribution, one or more of the Class Products.
